Second semester of education at Kastamonu University (Turkey) within the Erasmus+ International Academic Mobility Programme”
For two consecutive semesters, from February 12, 2025 to January 19, 2026, a Bachelor’s degree student in Economics, group E-31 Anastasiia Marianchuk, participated in an Erasmus+ academic mobility programme at Kastamonu University, Turkey. 🇹🇷

Academic component
During the second semester, the study programme focused on advanced courses, including:
Principles of Marketing: study of product promotion strategies and analysis of consumer behaviour in international markets;
Effective Communication Skills: development of soft skills for business negotiations and project presentations;
Human Resources Management: exploration of modern approaches to recruitment, motivation, and human capital development;
International Political Economy: analysis of the relationship between political processes and global economic trends; etc.

Learning outcomes and their significance
☑️ Acquisition of new knowledge and competences in marketing, business communication, and international economics. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and an Academic Transcript of Records.
☑️ Improvement of foreign language proficiency (English and basic Turkish) in a professional context.
☑️ Gaining international experience in communication within a multicultural academic environment.
The second semester at Kastamonu University was the final stage of comprehensive training, enabling the integration of Ukrainian academic standards in economics with advanced european practices. These outcomes are particularly important for further academic research and professional development.
Cooperation within the Erasmus+ programme between the Ukrainian National Forestry University and Kastamonu University contributes to strengthening international partnerships, expanding student opportunities in academic mobility, fostering integration into the European Higher Education Area, and implementing european teaching methodologies into Ukrainian educational practice.
